Amendment:
For the purposes of maintaining and protecting the health and well being of the members of the County Committee, the 2022 reorganization meeting will permit balloting by mail. Ballots must be either:
- a) Received no later than 3 pm the last business day preceding the reorganization at the headquarters of the organization;
- b) Delivered to the reorganization meeting before the close of voting;
The process will preserve the anonymity of the ballot, and the ballot must be accompanied by the following notarized statement from the voting member:
I (committee member name) do hereby certify that I am a current county committee member from district (district #) in the municipality of (municipality name). I certify that the accompanying ballot represents my vote in the 2022 reorganization meeting.
