Voices for the Voiceless

The Voice for the Voiceless Rally set for 6:30 on the grounds at the Toms River Library is still on for Saturday, May 17th.. Please join us to speak up for our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness. This rally is sponsored by Portraits of the Jersey Shore and Just Believe.
